Video problem on Safari with New MacBook Air
After 3 weeks of use suddenly my new MacBook Air, when accessing Prime Video through Safari will not play a trailer or movie. Any solutions?

Hello!
First, I'd recommend you Clear cookies in Safari on Mac.
- In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Settings, then click Privacy.
- Click Manage Website Data.
- Click Remove All.
Now, try Prime Video again.
Do you by chance have any VPNs or anti-virus apps installed on your Mac?
Does Prime Video work properly within the Prime Video app from the Mac App Store?
