Can I have a personal Apple ID and a work Apple ID? Do I need both to keep work separate?

You can have a personal and work Apple ID. Having the two Apple IDs keeps your work information/data separate from your personal information/data. If you don't care if the data is mixed together, you only need one Apple ID.
