Maybe I'm losing my mind but I thought I used to be able to adjust a photo's transparency through a setting in the inspector that I can no longer find. Can someone point me to where the setting is now located (or was always located).

As Tom said, it seems that you are looking for the opacity setting in the Video inspector:
Move your cursor near the word "Compositing". You should see the word "Show" on the right. Click it.
Click on the actual word “Show”.
You mean the Opacity? Or the transparency of an alpha channel?

Yes, it is the opacity that I want to control for but I can no longer find the setting. The screenshot you sent is what I used to see when I clicked on a photo. The below screenshot is what I currently see, no opacity setting. I don't know if it changed with the new update or if it's something I did somewhere along the line.
