I downloaded the latest software update and it deleted all my inbox emails (ones I don’t have my father) and other important emails. It saved all my junk emails but nothing else. How can I get those back??????
and no they are not in the trash folder

The phone is a slave to your email providers server, which has the master copy of all email. So if you don’t see the email on the phone try viewing it with a computer or by logging in to your provider’s webmail. If the email is there just reinstall the email account on your phone.
