Auto activation of Mouse key when starting up Mac.

So my MacBook Air m1 is currently on the latest version of Mac OS. Now I'm seeing a new issue with this Accessibility settings that is known as "Mouse Key". This feature is supposed to be active / inactive with shortcut keys option + Command + F5 or Quickly clicking Touch ID thrice. But I'm not able to turn it off. When I'm freshly turning on my device, it is getting activated on its own due to which I'm unable to type my password to login to my device as the feature partially disables some keys on the Macbook's keyboard. Now I'm using external keyboard to enter my password whenever this "Mouse Key" feature kicks in, which is very very annoying.

If anyone knows any way to disable this or setting it up back to default then please help me with that. I'll highly appreciate

Below screen appears when ever I boot up my device from a completely shut down state. This appears and the next moment I'm struggling with logging in to my Mac as I said ...
