I lost my ability to connect to WiFi after the iOS update. Tried to return to ios15 but can’t get phone to reset because it says no wifi

I updated to iOS 16 but couldn’t connect to WiFi anywhere. Tried to return to a previous update but phone still can’t connect to any WiFi to get a privious backup to the iCloud downloaded

Why can I not connect to wifi anymore? I just upgraded my 2020 Se to an iPhone 13 and it does not let me connect to wifi. It works in my old phone. I have restarted phone, restarted wifi, airplane mode, reset network settings, updated everything, reset routers. Am I missing something?

Data and Wi-Fi issue in iPhone after iOS 18.2.1 update After updating to IOS 18.2.1, I have not been able to connect to WiFi and my data doesn’t seem to be working right either. At first I thought that it might have been due to the software glitch, so I did already use my MacBook to update my phone to IOS 18.3. Now with it updated, nothing has changed still and I can’t connect to WiFi or data still. I have already tried restarting my phone multiple times and I have reset my network settings as well. This hasn’t helped so far. I even tried to reset and erase all my content on my phone to start from new, but I couldn’t complete this because since my phone doesn’t connect to WiFi or data this couldn’t be completed. Since iOS 16.3.1 update my phone can't find wifi or connect to the internet. Anyone else have the same problem? I have followed all the suggestions on this site to no avail. In Apple’s ecosystem, that is always the wrong approach.
