iPhone 14 plus volume issue

Hello everyone, whenever I am on a phone call with someone and I have some media playing at the same time (videos or music) the audio for the said media will lower in volume whenever the person I am on call with speaks and then it will go back to normal until the person speaks again. Is there any way to stop this from happening? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you
