That's a fantastic question and you've come to a great place for help! To confirm, are you signed in to your Apple ID in System Settings? If not, sign in to your Apple ID to make sure those options appear. If they don't, try restarting your Mac using the steps listed below, then see if the option returns.
- Click the Apple logo towards the top-left.
- Then click Restart in the menu.
