Sleep timer

Does Apple TV 4K not have a conventional sleep timer where you can set your TV to go to sleep after, for example 15 minutes, 30 minutes, etc.? I see it has the “Sleep After” function, which shuts down after INACTIVITY, but when I am watching TV via a streaming service there is always ACTIVITY.

Yes, my TV has a sleep timer, but I use my Apple TV remote exclusively to control my TV volume. Because my Apple TV is connected via HDMI, the TV shuts down when I turn off my Apple TV. It is inconvenient to say the least to have to turn on my TV with its remote and set a sleep timer, then transition to Apple TV. I know Apple prides itself on being unconventional, but with the advent of streaming TV, a conventional sleep timer would be a welcomed addition to Apple TV remotes.
