I am unable to upgrade my Apple Music subscription from individual to family.

I am unable to upgrade my Apple Music subscription from individual to family. It defaults back to individual after I select 'Edit' and then select Family, and then select 'Done'.

I've tried on iPhone and on MacBook.


Any help appreciated.

Hi Thanks for your help. I have followed all of the instructions about 'How to switch ... ' on both my iPhone and my MacBook.

On my MacBook after selecting 'Done' the subscription defaults back to 'Individual (Monthly)'

On my iPhone I have a got as far as a request to authorise a payment from my debit card for £11.00. That in itself is an odd amount as the individual subscription is £9.99 and a family subscription is £16.99.


Not sure what to try next? I'll probably phone Apple if I can't resolve it by tomorrow.
