Thanks.
Since the AirPods are Bluetooth devices, the phone can sometimes see them as a Bluetooth device and label them that way. Unless you are noticing any sound concerns or connection concerns, everything will work as expected even when seeing the Bluetooth icon. If you prefer to see the AirPods icon, you can unpair the AirPods and then pair them back. This will refresh the connection between the two and the phone should label them correctly. You can learn how to do that here:

Hello shamilll03,
After reviewing your post, it seems like you are able to connect your Bluetooth AirPods, and you see the Bluetooth icon instead of another icon. Let's get a little more information to help narrow this down.
Which version of iOS is the iPhone using?
Make sure you are using the latest available version. Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
1. Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.
2. Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
3. Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
4. If you see more than one software update option available, choose the one that you want to install.
5. Tap Install Now. If you see Download and Install instead, tap it to download the update, enter your passcode, then tap Install Now. If you don't know your passcode, learn what to do.
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Have a nice day.
