How is it possible to be actively Enrolled in the Beta Program while never having interacted, visited or accepted any terms?
Surely im just losing my memory right?!?!! how could i have been enrolled this entire time and im only just learning the program exists?

You seem to have left out a detail or two, here.
Not the least of which is why you suspect you are (questions of memory aside) enrolled in the Apple Beta program.
Whether that might be due to “just losing my memory” is a question best addressed by a medical provider, of course.

There are some pretty good ones too, such as receiving enrollment-related email, of course.
