I accidentally made a purchase,

Where? purchased from the App Store?

If you have received an invoice from Apple, it will be stated on the invoice for what you have to pay.

Tap on Report a problem on the invoice.



Check for sure, see the following Apple articles:

If it is a subscription and you don't want to continue a subscription you need always to cancel that subscription in time, see the following Apple articles:

If the subscription that you want to cancel is not listed

If the subscription that you want to cancel is not listed – Apple Support (UK)

 

You have no purchases that are eligible for a refund.

If you haven't bought anything, you can't ask for a refund.

If Apple has notified you that it is not eligible then so be it.
