My new iphone 14 pro is HOT what to do?

not warm but hot even if I do only simple tasks like open instagram, watching youtube or playing game, wich my old iphone 11 had no problem doing it, 14 pro is overheating and I almost dropped it the other day bc it got too hot for me to hold it? I cnat return it what should I do?
