Copy Text from a Screenshot:
It's probably a part of the HTML code. Taking a screenshot may help, as you can copy the text off of the screenshot you've just created, through use of the Photos app. Once copied, you'd paste it where an option, and then perform the text formatting. Without knowing the webpage there’s no way to suggest anything. I did try to select text from a screen cap but couldn’t. A screen cap turns the page into a JPG or other image file.
You can try to save or bookmark the page. If you can access it on a real computer sometimes you can view the source code and see the text there….or as suggested it’s possible the owners of that page do not want text copied from there so there may not be much you can do beyond respect their wishes.
Depending on the site they may have that locked out or coded differently.

Or there may be copyright issues. The content may be available for you to look at, but it may not be available to copy or use since it is not your property.
