itunes will not connect to new iphone 14 Pro because it is locked with a passcode you must enter...I know the passcode but am not being asked to enter it

Got new iPhone 14 Pro. Migrated successfully from previous iPhone X, but cannot synch ALL my OWN music which is in iTunes library, both locally on 2 MACs and in iCloud. My OLD iPhone X has all 65GB of MY music, but will not synch. I know my device password. When iTunes gives me message "Can not synch iPhone unless you enter your passcode, I do not get a prompt on my iPhone or MAC. Lovely that Apple holds someone who is trying to download all of their OWN music that was loaded via CDs hostage. Been trying to do this for 3 weeks+ since I got new phone

Hey there zoomwoody,

We understand music from your computer is not syncing with your new iPhone. To start, try the following to guide you through troubleshooting: Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod using your computer - Apple Support

If that doesn't help, let us know the following details to help us isolate and get on a path to resolution. Are you getting any errors? Also, did you say you tried two different Macs that have the same Music library and neither could sync with your iPhone?

Take care.
