iPhone 11 Pro Max Earpiece Fault

I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max, the earpiece stopped functioning, I can't listen to anything, although the voice was dampened but it'll eventually get fine with some air suction etc, but now, it has completely stopped functioning, I went to Apple Store, they ran diagnostics and told me the receiver and speaker is faulty and needs replacement, actually the whole screen would be replaced for 330+ Tax, thats roughly 360$, but my faceID and sensors and everything else is just like brand new. I don't know what to do, and I need help
