It seems like something was installed on my iPhone but don’t know what or how it got there. For the past few days there is a blue outline of a rectangle or square that constantly scrolls across my screen regardless of whether I am in an app or email . The shape and size of this rectangle changes to fit the shape of text on the screen. What is it? How do I get rid of it? Thanks

I went into settings and disabled it. Thanks.
it was very annoying and interferes with working - I would try to type a message and the little blue square would scroll by and stop me from typing
