UK apple accounts on Aus phones

My elderly parents have just immigrated to Aus and purchased iphones, aus numbers and wifi package. However it appears that because they copied their profiles (all their apps) over from their Apple ID (cloud) the app store now won't show them aus apps and when they go to websites to download them they aren't allowed because not available in their region!? So OPtus Sports, SBS On Demand etc simply can;t be downloaded to their new handsets.

Please help?

Thanks

Joel
