Hi,

Your MacBook Air can't find macOS to boot. If your MacBook Air has Intel processor, resetting NVRAM could solve the issue.

Reset NVRAM on your Mac - Apple Support

If it doesn't help, start up in Recovery mode, then DiskUtility > Disk First Aid to clean up boot drive.
