Why does my wall paper on my new iPhone 13 turn black automatically I have update 16.1.1

My new iPhone 13 wall paper screen turns black in its own. The update is 16.1.1

Restarting your device can often resolve minor software issues you may be experiencing. Restart your iPhone covers how to restart your iPhone.

"How to restart your iPhone X, 11, 12, 13, or later

Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo."

Thank you racheals14 I had already done that 2 different times. When it happened the 3rd time I changed my picture to one of the pics in the wallpaper selection. It’s been over 36 hours and it is good so far. Hopefully this will work. I purchased the phone on Nov 20 and it stated doing it the same day and following day.

I purchased a new iPhone 13 on November 20, 2022. Same-day my wallpaper went black. I restarted my phone and the following morning it went black and again in the afternoon. I change the wallpaper to one that is in the phone app and so far it has been OK. What is the problem? I will read online that this is an issue others are having after downloading the 16.1 update.
