Hi everyone.

I got order iphone 14 pro from apple.com. I live in Turkey. When I travel to Miami, I will take my phone there. So, I ordered my iphone from apple.com. I used my credit card (it can used in US). When I check my card document I can't see my payment. I checked my order from apple.com, it says my order is prossesing. Everything is looks fine. I called my bank and ask them. They said "your payment canceled by apple, contact with them". I can't call US number from Turkey. What can i do? how can i contact with apple in US?

Apple has never charged my credit card until immediately before the order was shipped.

It is normal for an order to stay in the Processing stage until just before it ships.
