Apple Canceled My Order

I tried buying an Iphone 13 and within hours the order appearead canceled but said I hadn´t been charged for it. Still, as I checked my bank account the payment appeared and my money has indeed lowered but the payment appears as it was pending. Now when I try reusing the same card it gets rejected. Will this payment disappear and my money get refunded?


I am buying the item form outside the US but to get it shippped there, is there some kind of restriction on foreigners cards?


Should I try buying it with a different payment method? Because I would really like to get it.

For Financial Assistance, Contact Apple Store Support:

You need to contact Apple Support Directly. This is a User-to-User forum. We are all volunteers. So, as you may suspect, no one here has access to that information — and that is a good thing, BTW. That’s why for Financial Assistance, you need to contact Apple Support. They’ll see what’s going on and will run you through the fix. If need be, perform a screensharing session with the Apple Rep to show this to them firsthand, form your perspective.

  • Contact Us - Choose Locations
  • Proceed from there, as necessary
  • Why the Wait: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
