Can I get a partial refund on a FitBit Premium account?

Can I get a partial refund on a FitBit Premium account? I have had a FitBit Premium account since July this year, paid via Apple. The device has been shown to be faulty, and after some chats and conversations with their Support, I returned the device to the retailer, who has refunded me in full.

They (FitBit) won't refund any of the subscription and have told me to contact Apple. Before doing so, I thought I might ask others if it's worthwhile-I don't want to waste any more time one this issue!

Those instructions should list all charges made by Apple. Here is a one-stop link for billing questions→Subscriptions and Billing - Official Apple Support. You can review your purchase history to see what you were charged for, cancel subscriptions and request refunds.


It’s possible you weren’t charged by Apple, but instead were charged by Fitbit.
