Can I get a partial refund on a FitBit Premium account?
Can I get a partial refund on a FitBit Premium account? I have had a FitBit Premium account since July this year, paid via Apple. The device has been shown to be faulty, and after some chats and conversations with their Support, I returned the device to the retailer, who has refunded me in full.
They (FitBit) won't refund any of the subscription and have told me to contact Apple. Before doing so, I thought I might ask others if it's worthwhile-I don't want to waste any more time one this issue!
