If Owner died whats the procedure to unlock phone

Dear Sir,


i buy iphone 11 pro but issue is who give me phone he is died few months ago due to some update phone was reset but now iphone required old icloud id password kindly help me out how to unlock iphone 11 pro waiting for positive response.

If the owner died their heir can request that Apple provide access to their Apple ID. The heir will need to provide a copy of the death certificate and proof that they inherited the phone, such as a will that mentions them, or if they are an immediate family member. There is no other way to unlock the phone. Without the Apple ID and Password of the original owner, you will never be able to use the device. Activation Lock is a theft prevention feature. Return for your money back or recycle the device at any Apple Store. Sorry, but that phone is useless without the original owner's credentials. More info about Activation Lock in this link...
