iPhone 4 without SIM card

I’ d like to use my old iPhone 4 but it does not have a SIM card.

With which carrier it will work?

Also I do not have an IMEI# only a MEID # and it used to be with virgin mobile.

Any help would be appreciated

iPhone 4 (2010) is an oudated iPhone, normally (in the EU) after 2 years the consumer has the right to ask that the carrier unlock the iPhone.

If you don't have a SIM card, look for / visit a carrier, take a subscription, postpaid or prepaid card.

I assume that your iPhone 4 can use a SIM card from any carrier.
