My iPhone has suddenly when an incoming call is received announces the name followed by a long list of random numbers, why is this

I am not sure what the random numbers may be, however, you can check the following in Settings to stop the announcements.
Open Settings ➡️ Phone ➡️ Announce Calls: You may set this to Never. See whether that corrects the issue.
