My iPhone has suddenly when an incoming call is received announces the name followed by a long list of random numbers, why is this

Random outgoing calls from my iPhone 11 I've a strange situation. I started receiving call every other second from people all over the country saying they had a missed call from my number. There is no evidence of outgoing calls on my phone. I have no suspicious apps installed. All these calls are from regular users which I got to know when I answered a couple of those calls. They said they got a missed call from my number. I have received more than a thousand calls over the last 48 hours and still continuing. Any ideas? Could it be a software glitch on the iPhone?

Random numbers appears in call log after each call Just switched to an iphone14pro from an older iphone yesterday and started seeing random numbers in my call log today in addition to the actual incoming or outgoing numbers. Each incoming or outgoing call will have one other number added to it, some are random, others are pulled my my own contacts. Help!

Random Number Displaying to People when i call them I use an iPhone 12 Pro Max iOS version 16.5. For a few days, when I call anyone from my contact list, they are displayed a random number instead of mine. My E-Sim is not activated and I use only one number in my phone. This is a very strange phenomenon.

I am not sure what the random numbers may be, however, you can check the following in Settings to stop the announcements.

Open Settings ➡️ Phone ➡️ Announce Calls: You may set this to Never. See whether that corrects the issue.
