The service was cleaned, but the right shift remained stuck. That is, it always seems to be pressed. Sometimes it comes off but doesn't work. After a reboot, it can get stuck again.
Tell me, please, are there any programs for the perception of one keyboard - the right SHIFT?

Приложение Karabiner.
Заходим в Simple Modifications -> Выбираем клавиатуру -> В левой колонке выбираем Modifier keys: right_shift -> В правой колонке Virtual Keys: vk_none (disable this key)
Все клавиша заблокирована)))
