Why is my iPhone blacklisted?

I bought my phone in February of this year. It started to not work well 8 weeks after purchase. But the last 3 months my phone is crap. I looked up my IMEI #, and here my phone is black listed. I bought a new SIM card, checked again and it’s blacklisted. Why would this be? Also my Analytic data is very odd, Hastings like a hexadecimal phone? Can you help!?
