Why did I get a charge from Apple on my bank card?

Why did I get a charge from Apple on my bank card? I can’t do a refund request because it is not listed on my purchase history. How can I request a fraud return?

Hello again ~ I myself would ask for a new card. My bank will issue a temporary which I can use until a new card is sent. If someone has your card information the charges will continue. You can contact Apple Support by clicking on the following links…
