accessing icc profiles

I'm in OS12 Monterey on an M1 Mac. I used ColorSync Utility to locate the icc paper profiles I use when printing from Photoshop 2023. They turned out to be located in User/Library/ColorSync/Profiles. When I open my hard drive and go into User, I can't find a Library folder. Is it a hidden file? How do I access it if I want to add additional icc profiles?

User Library folders are hidden by default. To get to your user Library folder, in the Finder do Go > Go to Folder and enter ~/Library. Or you could go directly to the ColorSync Profiles folder by entering ~/Library/ColorSync/Profiles

Note it is not generally advisable to mess around with anything in the ~/Library folder. Be sure you know what you are doing.
