(I am including as many pictures as possible to clarify the matter)
So I have my Mac mini connected to my AVR which in turn is connected to Jamo speakers. My question is, looking at the audio MIDI setup on the Mac, what KHZ should I set the output to for best quality? I am not the best at audio stuff so any help would be appreciated.

Assuming your receiver supports 192.0 kHz, you can leave it where it is.
