The "solution" said to log into recovery mode, turn off SPI, reboot and then in terminal enter "systemextensionsctl" This comes back as invalid.

I then tried "systemextensionsctl uninstall" still invalid.

How can I remove these two files?

What I read is your command line is incomplete...and would need to include <teamId> <bundleId>;
