How to remove com.symantec.ms.systemextension?

This question has been asked and solved but the solution did not work for me. I am running Ventura on an iMac. My machine starts very slow. Running Etrecheck Pro, I am told that I have multiple anti-virus programs running. I have previously installed Bitdefender as well as Norton. I used their uninstall programs, yet there are filed left. I was able to identify the following persistent System Extension files:

The "solution" said to log into recovery mode, turn off SPI, reboot and then in terminal enter "systemextensionsctl" This comes back as invalid. I then tried "systemextensionsctl uninstall" still invalid.

How can I remove these two files?

What I read is your command line is incomplete...and would need to include <teamId> <bundleId>;

For your third party app(s)

If in doubt search the developers website or contact their: Support/Help/FAQ/Known issues/compatibility/updates/uninstaller

Contact a third-party vendor - Apple Support

Contact a third-party vendor - Apple Support

Typically third party Anti-Virus does nothing but add issues and compete directly with Apple’s® own built in Security:

Uninstall all third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/Anti-Virus/VPN

I am sorry but I am not very informed regarding computers and can barely follow instructions. Would I type in "<teamId> <bundleId>" or just one of those words? And is it thopse words or do they stand for something else?
