Mail doesn't save rules after exit on Ventura

Suddenly all my email rules where deleted. When i tried to recreate them, they were deleted after i quit and closed the Apple mail. I found out that a plist file called SyncedRules didn't create in the /Users/<username>/Library/Mail/V10/MailData and only a file UnsyncedRules.plist was existed. I did a little search and created another user in the mac, in that user in the /Users/<username>/Library/Mail/V10/MailData the SyncedRules.plist was created and the rules didn't delete after quitting. Can you please help me.

We can help. If you're only experiencing an issue with Mail rules in one specific user account, it could be related to login items for that account. Try these steps to see if they resolve the issue for you:

Hello Yianni1980,

Thanks for that info. Since it's still occurring only in the one account, this means it's not system wide.

Contact Apple Support and tell them this info, and they will continue working through the troubleshooting for this.

Thank you for responding. The problem is that I experiencing it in a fresh installed MacBook Pro as well.. I don't know if this has to do anything but i recently changed the apple id email. Again, i don't know if this has to do anything with that. I tried to remove any login items, but there are any.
