apple tv not connecting to new wifi network

I rebooted Apple TV to see two icons "computer" and "system" preferences.

iPhone 14 and iPad remotes (now on new wifi network) cannot connect to Apple TV so no way to click on these icon. Old wifi network is shut down. How can I connect Apple TV to new network?

What is your exact model Apple TV? Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support

Seeing only Computers and Settings mean that the Apple TV box doesn’t have a functional internet connection.

Try restarting both the Apple TV box and the router (and optionally other network gear) for a fresh attempt.

You may need to buy or borrow a physical remote to do the network setup on the Apple TV box.

If you lost the remote for your Apple TV - Apple Support

For Apple TV (2nd or 3rd generation), you will need the old style Apple Remote (aluminum), which Apple not longer sells directly, but some third party resellers may still have a few.

Apple TV (2nd generation) is not compatible with the software remote in Control Center, so then you would need the physical remote anyway. Apple TV (3rd generation) would be compatible if on software version 7.5 or later. But it requires that both devices are already on the same home network.
