Why doesn’t my iPhone 11 Pro Max have 0.5?

Hello! I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max and I have been seeing all these people taking 0.5 pictures but my iPhone does not have that feature, but it does have it on slow-mo fast motion and pano. The only things taht don’t have 0.5 is picture video and portrait. I can’t find any information about this anywhere and I would really appreciate some help :)
