Iphone 13 - when device is turned into landscape position the image is skewed and display is glitched

Does anyone have this issue? Even when using whatsapp / whatsapp business the chat screen glitches the same way.

i have even had issues with the device just freezing in blurred view on hime screen without any response to touch or side buttons.

Forced restart technique has been applied to fix that issue, but the landscape glitch on camera and mostly chat formats is not resolved

iOS is completely up to date

not good for a new device hardly used 👎🏽

Try restoring your device using a computer or a Mac and installing a new IOS software on it, be aware that this procedure will erase all of your date, so make sure your backup history is up-to-date on iCloud preferably.

Be aware as well that once your device is restored, it will ask for your Apple ID, passcode and your trusted phone number or another trusted device > Two-factor authentication for Apple ID. So, make you remember them in order to access your device, after you erased it, okay?

This is what happens when you turn it back from the landscape glitch to portrait mode - image is of a whatsapp chat for reference - all whatsapps are updated fully this is not solely a whatsapp chat issue but also does same for camera

As my post says this is not just a whatsapp issue, whatsapp is an example to show how the glitch occurs, it also glitches on landscape camera mode…. Everything is updated… I know whatsapp isn’t an apple product oh smart user 🙄🙄🙄
