I phone 13 pro dead out of box

I bought a new iPhone 13 pro and it came dead out of box. After charging it, i checked the settings to see the battery health and turns out it's 99% and not 100%, should I be worried?

Phone dying . I don’t know if this is happening to anyone else but, my phone dies quickly and I recently got it march 4th of this year and the battery health is only at 96%.? I’m genuinely confused and aggravated bc I can’t be on my phone longer then 3 hours without it dying it’s honestly disappointing. Anyone else ?

Hi, Recently I’ve got an iPhone 12 Mini from official reseller brand new in the box, not refurbished or demo. As it could be expected, the battery from the box was zero (it has been lying in the warehouse for quite some time and I understand that batteries naturally discharge over time). I’ve checked max capacity in settings and it’s at 100%. Although, I’m worried if the fact that the battery was at zero for quite some time has deteriorated its capacity. Please let me know if my concerns are true and whether I should do anything. Thanks!

Not if you have purchased the iPhone from the Apple Online Store, Apple Retail Stores, and many Apple-authorized resellers and wireless service providers.
