External 4TB SSD Drive won’t mount, take first aid or convert to APFS after upgrading to Ventura OSX
So i have this 4TB Samsung external SSD formatted under Mac OS Extended (Journaled) that will not mount anymore after upgrading to Ventura OSX from Big Sur. It still shows up (greyed) on Disk Utility.
I tried manually mounting it but get error 49244.
I tried first aid and it fails with (-69845) error.
I tried converting it to APFS but that also fails with -69860 error.
Is there any way to fix this or should i buy a recovery software to extract everything. If so what is recommended? Disk Drill, Stellar? is there any that can re-create an entire image of the drive?
My assets in the SSD are mostly RAW, DNG photos and Sony, DJI camera movie files.
Any advice highly appreciated. Regards
