Does apple watch sync with wahoo bike computer?

Will the watch transmit to Garmin or Wahoo Bike Computer. I currently have an Element Bolt and use a heart strap would be good if I could just wear the watch but get the data on my Wahoo screen.

I have recently bought Speed Sensor 2 and attached to my static spinning machine flywheel to record the distance. I am unable to sync/connect speed sensor to my apple watch so I have connected to Garmin Fore Runner 45 to record indoor cycling which records distance travelled. Question is: Any idea if I can connect the speed sensor to my Apple Watch so that I don't have to wear Garmin watch while exercising? Speed Sensor/FR45 syncs with Garmin Connect and then that syncs with Apple Health to reflect in activity feed. Any help is much appreciated.

Watch v8 and MacBook Hi have an old iPhone 7 Plus and a MacBook M1. if I buy a new watch, will it all work as in any data the watch produces. thanks

Apple Watch serie 8 Connect with Technogym Bike hometrainer. I am unable to connect the Apple Watch Series 8 to the Technogym Bike. Who knows a solution for this.
