I need to restore my iPhone SE i cant restore my iphone, bcuz i need to update my itunes, which doesnt get updated due to unavailability of Windows 10 [Re-Titled by Moderator]

iTunes not updating to latest version I got locked out of my iPhone, and I need to use the latest version of iTunes (which I downloaded) in order to reset it. However, every time I try and reset, it says I need the most current iTunes. Help!

What version of iTunes do you have on what version of Windows?

The phone has the 12.1 version and the not sure what the windows was
