iPHone 13 Cannot update the app after updated to IOS 16.1.1

My iphone got automatic update last night. '


After that, I found some softwares cannot be running, for example, WeChat. I tried to update the apps. Then the system asked the password of my apple ID. I typed in. It shows invalid Apple ID or password. I reset my password and test the credentials with my other iphone. The system still shows wrong password. The interesting thing is, when I reset the password, the apple ID shows my wife's apple id rather mine. I double checked the apple settings. It is my apple ID in settings. It drive me crazy. This iPhone was working well until the firmware update.


I set the app update/download with my face id. It seems the update ignore it, even the face id is enabled on the itune/app store.

A request for another Apple ID password is often caused by updates to apps/purchases that were made when using the other ID. Those purchases are tied to the other ID and can't be transferred. One option is to delete the apps/purchases made by the other ID and download them using the new ID if desired. After deleting the apps, it may be necessary to restart the device/computer before you can download the apps again. If necessary, check your purchases history to see which apps/purchases weren’t made by the current ID.
