2019 iMac as a display.

Hi I just bought a Mac Studio yesterday and I want to use my 2019 iMac as a display. I tried connecting with a USB C cable but nothing happens and it doesnt show up in my iMac Displays system preferences

A 2019 iMac cannot be used as a display.

Target display mode was only available on certain Macs between 2009-2014.

using late 2013 imac as display with 2021 macbook pro with m1 chip Hi I have a 2021 macbook pro with the m1 chip and i'd like to connect it to my late 2013 as a display. No matter what cables I try it doesn't work. It works with my husbands macbook that's intel. Does anyone have any solutions or work arounds? Thanks!
