My screen is black except for the buffering light in the middle as if it’s trying to power down how can I fix it this is my work phone need it desperately we are a 24 hour a day service phone number to this device is **** I don’t know if me having to turn it off for two days has anything to do with it but I just requested it my account is still open just taking a vacation from the phone
