frozen lock screen

My phone is stuck on the lock screen with "Home" would like to send critical alerts. I can not power off or do anything. Is there a solution?

For help with an iPhone that is unresponsive, test a forced restart using the steps below found in the article here: Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

"Force restart iPhone

If iPhone isn’t responding, and you can’t turn it off then on, try forcing it to restart.

Press and quickly release the volume up button.
Press and quickly release the volume down button.
Press and hold the side button.
When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.
