Ongoing/active calls on lock screen

Today i installed the ios 16.1.1 update and the problem that I'm facing is that all my active calls( internet calls and cellular calls ) show on my lock screen.

Before this update although the active calls that were incoming calls used to show on the lock screen but the outgoing calls didn't use to show on the lock screen.

So what i want to say is that I don't want anyone to see my active calls on my lock screen because it's my personal sensitive data.

So i would appreciate if you can find a solution for me, it's very important for me.
