Pich up the phone calls automatically

My iphone 13 pick up the Phone calls automatically, why can I change to pick up when I want?

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 16

Settings, Accessibility, Touch, Call audio routing, auto-answer calls, OFF

That is the default setting so if it was on someone must have turned it in.
