Find My will show the most recent location if you go to https://icloud.com/find and click on the device in the dropdown. There is no way to view the location history. Your carrier has approximate location history, but they will only release it under court order.

2. Select "Privacy" from the drop-down menu.
3. Select "Location Services."
4. Choose "System Services" which is at the bottom.
5. Select "Frequent Locations" or "Significant Locations" and you will see your location history.

Not anymore. iOS 15 and later do not display the significant locations, only how many of them, except for the most recent one or two.

And if the device was stolen, then you can’t go to any settings on the phone.
