Oticon More 1 Minirite R Randomly Disconnect

I have been using Oticon More 1 Minirite R with my iPhone 12 Pro for about a week now and multiple times a day they randomly disconnect from my phone for audio purposes (I of course realize this when I get a call). I am using the current IOS 16.1.1, multiple restarts of my phone, Oticon app, and hearing aids. I am able to reconnect with no issues generally by restarting my device or hearing aids. Hearing aid compatibility is turned on and nothing has resolved this issue. Any solutions for maintaining connectivity?
